What to include
The more you can tell us up front, the more accurate the first conversation is: the rooms or surfaces involved, roughly how much area, whether it is new work or a repair, and when you would like it done. On the visit
We walk the space with you, talk through the finish you want, and put the scope and the price in writing before any material is ordered. Once you are happy with it we book the dates. All of our work carries a one-year warranty.
What we can quote
We handle drywall installation and repair, residential and commercial painting, interior and exterior staining, cabinet painting, flooring and cleaning and pressure washing for homeowners, property managers and builders across Iredell, Catawba and Mecklenburg counties. If you are not sure which of those a job falls under, describe it and we will tell you.
Hours, and how quickly we come back to you
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM, and closed at weekends. Messages that land outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. For commercial enquiries — property managers, general contractors and builders working to a programme — tell us the dates you need hit and we will say plainly whether we can hit them rather than book the work and hope. We are based at 117 Old Mountain Road in Statesville, and we travel roughly an hour in any direction from there, so most of Iredell, Catawba and Mecklenburg counties is a routine trip for us. If your job sits at the edge of that, ask anyway.
